Become one of us – Become our Auditor
ADRIACERT currently does not employ new employees, but we have the need for qualified external associates who would like to become our auditors or experts to preform either audits or various professional analyzes.
If you have a high school diploma and work experience of at least 5 years, you have passed an auditor’s exam for one of the ISO standards, and you also have a certain auditor or consultancy experience, then please submit your inquiry to adriacert@adriacert.hr.
Based on your inquiry, we will provide you with the instructions that you need to submit to us so we can appoint you to our auditor or specialist for a specific area.

Your own certification business
If you want to start your own certification business in your country, you have the knowledge and auditing competences, we offer you the opportunity to start working very quickly.
We can establish cooperation in one of the following ways:
Sales & Auditing
If you have worked as an auditor until now, and you want more than that, you can become our contractual certification partner, i.e. a local certification office in your country (micro or small company), and work with your auditors.
You do your auditing work as before (with sales activity), but Adriacert issues certificates.
You and each of your auditors will gain access to our software platform and enter your audit findings directly into the software.
Your part of the process is finding new clients (sales) and auditing. There are no initial input costs for establishing that cooperation model.

Franchise agreement (end-to-end model)
A GOOD FRANCHISOR IS THE KEEPER OF THE BRAND
If you sign a franchise agreement with Adriacert, then you have the entire certification process, which you carry out on our cloud software platform from start to finish (end-to-end model). You get full access to our documentation and your own instance of the software for which you have local administrator rights and see all your projects and all your auditors. You will enter information about new clients, their contacts in the organization, enter information about your auditors and their competencies, and carry out the entire certification process from start to finish. Unlike the previous case, all auditors are your auditors and are defined in your instance of the software.
After approval that the certificate can be issued, there is a possibility to issue certificates independently.
After signing the franchise agreement, your company then becomes our franchise partner and you can start conducting certifications in your country, using our name and our accreditation. Avoid expenzive, long and complex accreditation process and become our franchise partner and launch your certification business immediately.

WHO CAN BE A RECIPIENT OF THE ADRIACERT FRANCHISE?
The franchisee can only be an organization that has high and pronounced business ethics. The management of the organization whose sole motive is PROFIT will not achieve the desired results. Of course, profit is the ultimate meaning of business, but it should not be the only motive.
The organization or its leadership must want to do the impossible, must want and be able to influence the attitude and perception of clients towards management systems and ISO certificates. Management must have high empathy and understanding for people with strong communication skills. He must listen more than talk, and that is fundamental auditory behavior.
The management must be committed to the work and adaptable to each client. You must have the right attitude towards all nationalities and religions, especially those present in the country where he lives. You must be consistent and ready to perform all services independently at the beginning so that in the future when he delegates the task to other associates (auditors) he knows exactly what he is asking of them.
You must be able to relate to the emotions of your and our clients, that is, identify with and understand their needs, demands and processes.
You will undergo intensive training related to getting to know the documentation of ADRIACERT and working with the software platform.
