Appeals and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service and if you consider that:
- Auditors were not up to the task,
- Auditors were not within the time table (bad time management)
- Your certificate was suspended or withdrawn without any proper reason,
- You are raising concern that your personal data was not handled as defined by EU 679/2016 (GDPR)
…. or have some other complaint about ADRIACERT’s work, please let us know by means of a form for complaints and appeals.
Your appeal/complaint will be forwarded to an independent expert body that consists of experienced leading auditors who were not involved in the certification process in your organization to ensure decision making impartiality.
Your appeal/complaint will be solved within 30 days latest. Cooperation with your Company is essential to us.
