Delivered first (and the only) ISO 41001 Facility Management certificate

We are proud to announce that we have successfully certified and delivered ISO 41001:2018 Facility Management and ISO 9001:2015 Certificates to Blue Wet Management Ltd. from Zagreb, which gained even greater recognition at the fast growing FM market. ISO 41001:2018 is a standard specifically designed for Facility Management Companies and fully replaces standards EN 15221-1 and EN 15221-2, which do not allow FM Companies to obtain an FM certificate. The ISO 41001:2018 standard is the first standard to fully integrate all maintenance activities, from management to operations and on the basis of which an international ISO FM certificate can be obtained. Facility Management Market was estimated at about $1 trillion by the end of year 2025.

With our certification, Blue Wet Management Ltd. became the first (and currently the only) FM company holding ISO 41001 certificate in the region, and most probably at the whole European area, which is fully integrated with ISO 9001:2015 into a single functional and process-oriented FM system. In particular, we would like to point out that consulting company Kvalikon d.o.o. designed and developed the entire training and implementation model in accordance with the requirements of ISO 41001:2018, while in ADRIACERT we have built our own certification model.

ISO 41001:2018 certification is possible for all facility management  organizations, but also for organizations that own the FM sector (department) and independently maintain their own facilities.
